Pas LED module

I have seen an upgrade to the PAS preamplifier based indicator bulb replacement for Led.



The purchase price is small, but the distance is great, other necessary components if I bought, besides not be hard to do, so I would like to know the characteristics of components (LED, diode and resistor).

EDITO.- I want to use an orange LED.

it's just a simple LED of your choice. you really don't even need the diode, as an LED is a diode, but you need a resistor to limit current flow.
A 1K resistor is just about right, the LED only wants about 1.7v, you're connecting 12vac to it, so the resistor drops 10v. 1K is 10ma.

When I went to buy the Led and resistance seen at the electronics store that was already mounted Led to 12 volts and I bought, the price is 1.90 euros.
